If you have an Outlook account, you can reset it to its original settings by following these steps:
Log in to your account. In the Accounts section of your Outlook main screen, click on the Reset button. A message will appear asking for your password. If you do not have a password, you will need to provide one before resetting your account. After providing your password, the Reset button will become available and you will be able to reset your account as follows: a) Click on it to start the process; and b) After resetting your account, please check for any changes that may have been made to your personal information or settings since you last used it; if there are any changes, please again use the Reset button to update them if necessary....
