Minecraft Earth may not be a thing anymore, but that doesn’t mean the idea of it isn’t still out there. Mojang has been quiet about the project for a while now, but that doesn’t mean it’s not still happening. Rumors started circulating in early 2019 that Minecraft Earth was being scrapped due to financial reasons. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Mojang has been working on something else entirely and they’ve been keeping it under wraps for a reason. The project is still very much alive and according to some reports, it’s even more advanced than Minecraft Earth ever was. If everything goes according to plan, we could see this new version of Minecraft released sometime in 2023. ..
